Please indicate your expected salary (gross annual salary including variable remuneration) and the termination notice period at your current place of work in your cover letter.
We will send you a delivery confirmation as quickly so you can be sure that your application has arrived. We will then consider your documents very carefully. Please have a little patience while we do this. We will get in touch with you as soon as we come to a decision.
If your application meets the criteria of the vacant position, we will be happy to invite you to an introductory interview. The Human Resources department and the manager of the department with the vacancy normally take part in this interview. If both sides are impressed by one another after the interview, we will normally invite you to another interview where you will meet the next higher manager and potentially other colleagues from the department, and we will discuss the specifics of the job in more detail. We and you will then come to a final decision. If both sides are happy to proceed, we will offer you the job and look forward to welcoming you to TLG IMMOBILIEN AG!
You can ask yourself the following questions to prepare for an interview:

It is important that your answers are open and honest. We are not looking for textbook responses. We want to get to know YOU and all of the aspects of your personality. So show us the real you!
In these interviews we ask ourselves if we will get on with one another professionally in the long term.
Both sides should take the time to answer this question. The first interview normally takes around one hour. In the first part of the interview we will ask you to introduce yourself personally and outline your previous professional experience. We will then have a quick chat about your tasks and projects. Naturally, we will want to know what you expect from an employer in order to find out if we tick the right boxes. Finally, we will introduce TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, the benefits we provide, the department and the job description in order to give you a good insight, which will help you decide whether or not you want TLG IMMOBILIEN AG to be your next employer.
